We deliver exclusively to Hong Kong. Options include door-to-door delivery, or self-pickup at any SF Express pickup points/lockers.

All orders are delivered via SF Express on a Pay-on-Delivery basis, where the recipient pays the courier directly upon delivery.

Standard lightweight packages (under 1kg) cost approximately HKD 30–45. Actual shipping fees vary based on the final weight and dimensions of your parcel.

Free shipping is applied to Hong Kong local orders with a single transaction net purchase of HKD 1,500 or above.

Pre-order items typically ship within 14 working days of order confirmation, as they are sourced directly overseas. To ensure a seamless experience, you may DM us at our Instagram (@velizeratelier) to verify stock availability before purchasing.

By default, all orders containing multiple items are shipped together once all items are ready.

If you prefer to receive your in-stock items first, we are happy to arrange split shipping. However, please note that the additional shipping fees, packaging, and handling charges incurred for the separate shipment will be applied.
