By placing an order, customers agree to and accept these arrangements:

Shipping Timelines

• In-stock items: 2-3 working days of order confirmation
• Pre-order items: 14 working days of order confirmation

Consolidated Shipping Terms

• All orders are shipped as "ship when all items are ready" (consolidated shipment) by default.
• If a customer requests separate shipments for partial in-stock items, all additional shipping fees and handling charges incurred shall be borne entirely by the customer.

Delivery Areas & Shipping Rates

• We provide delivery services to Hong Kong. All orders are delivered by SF Express by default.

• Shipping fees are paid on a "Pay-on-Delivery" basis by the recipient.

• For single transactions with a net purchase amount of HKD 1,500 or above, customers are eligible for free shipping (free shipping applies to a single consolidated shipment only).

Pre-shipment Inspection

• All items undergo manual inspection by our team prior to shipment to ensure there are no obvious defects or damages before packaging.

Transfer of Liability

• Once the logistics company (such as SF Express) system displays the package as delivered or signed for, the transaction and acceptance are deemed complete. Our company will not handle any subsequent claims regarding damaged or missing items.

Shipping Packaging Wear & Tear

• Items may experience minor creases, compression, or deformation of the outer packaging (such as boxes or bags) during transit. Provided that the product itself is unaffected, outer packaging wear and tear shall not be considered a defect, nor shall it be accepted as a reason for return or exchange.
