RETURN & REFUND

 

To maintain operational efficiency, VÉLIZÉ Atelier operates under a strict "All Sales Final - No Returns or Refunds Upon Order Confirmation" policy. Customers must carefully verify the style, color, size, and quantity of items before placing an order.

 

No Order Modification or Cancellation

  • Once payment is completed, orders immediately enter the fulfillment process. We do not accept requests for order modifications or cancellations due to personal reasons (including changes to style, color, or size).
  • All promotional, pre-order, and limited-edition items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Natural Materials & Artisanal Variance (Non-Defect Scope)

Some of our items are made from natural fibers (such as cotton, linen, silk) or knitted materials. The following conditions are inherent characteristics of the materials or standard manufacturing processes. They are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Natural Fabric Characteristics: Minor loose ends threads, irregular fibers, slubs, color variations, or uneven knit textures on cotton, linen, or knitted fabric surfaces are normal characteristics of natural textiles.
  • Artisanal Variance: Minor loose threads, slight stitching asymmetry, or unexposed tailor markings on the inner side of the garment.
  • Hardware & Accessories: Minute scratches or natural oxidation on metal accessories, buttons, or zippers.
  • Manufacturer Packaging: Some direct-imported Korean items do not come with physical hangtags from the manufacturer. This does not affect their brand-new, unused condition.
  • Natural Wear & Tear: Fabric deformation, pilling, or fading resulting from personal try-ons, washing, or wear.

Incorrect or Missing Item Resolution

  • If the received item does not match your order (such as incorrect style, missing items), customers must contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt (the day of delivery is counted as Day 1). Overdue reports will not be accepted.
  • Unboxing Video Requirement:
    To protect the rights of both parties, customers must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video when opening the package. The video must clearly and fully show the shipping label, the unboxing process, and the details of the affected item. We reserve the right to refuse reports without a valid unboxing video.

Refund Channels & Timelines

If we are unable to supply an item due to manufacturer discontinuation or stockouts, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method:

  • Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be returned directly to the original credit card. Processing time is approximately 5 to 7 business days (actual timing depends on the issuing bank).
  • Use Gift Card / Shop Credit: The refund amount will be returned to the original Gift Card or customer account store credit.

Refund Amount Calculation

  • Refunds are calculated strictly based on the actual amount paid (i.e., the discounted net amount paid, not the original retail price).
  • If a coupon or discount code was applied to the order, the discount will be apportioned across the items on a pro-rata basis. The refunded amount will deduct the apportioned discount, meaning it may be lower than the item’s original retail price.

Discretionary Fees

  • For exceptional return requests approved under our sole discretion (outside of standard terms), the customer shall bear all return shipping costs, and we reserve the right to deduct 20% to 50% of the item’s retail price as an administrative and restocking fee.
